Reports are that dancehall superstar Popcaan, who was once believed to be one of incarcerated DJ Vybz Kartel's loyal lieutenants, has spoken out about his Gaza status last Saturday night during his back-to-school treat in Greater Portmore.
It is said that on Saturday night, while on stage, Popcaan gave kudos, to the self-proclaimed World Boss, as he said: "Big up to Kartel who played a major role in what Popcaan has become as an artiste today."
It is said that the artiste declared "Gaza fi life”, while expressing that not even Kartel can stop him from saying Gaza, confirming his position in the Gaza movement.
Reports are that rumours have been circulating recently that the relationship between the self proclaimed World Boss and Popcaan had broken down.
Recent reports are that Kartel, while awaiting trial on multiple charges, ordered that the Portmore Empire be disbanded, and allegedly created a new group called PG-13, with new sensation Tommy Lee as a headliner and Popcaan however, was not included.
